Tradicional Oriental cuisine with contemporary touches Opened to the public in November 2018, HAI YO striked with an unique proposal in the city of Curitiba, bringing the highest gastronomy in a spetacular intimist enviroment. Commanded by the renowned Chef Kazuo Harada (who led the restaurant Mee at the Copacabana Palace, in Rio de Janeiro, where he won a michelin star for three consecutive years), the restaurant offers a trip through Asia, with dishes China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. Merging oriental techniques and fresh ingredients, the menu includes a la carte creations like the Wagyu rib , Hong Kong Praws, shrimp with caramelized walnuts and the salmon with japonese misso and quail yolk. There also are two Há também dois tasting menus: the oriental, assmbled by three cold starters and seven hot dishes, and the Japanese with three starters and a sequence of 11 niguiris.
